This is what I hope to be a useful resource for all who choose to view it.
It will be a collection of my training Logs, and accompaning thoughts and ideas on the why’s and how’s of my training, both physical and mental.
Please do not use it as a template for your own training, as my needs are not the same as yours. We should not train alike!! That said, if you have any training questions, I’d love to be a resource.
