This is the home stretch, last 10 days before Mexico, gotta kill it.. but with a plan. Sunday was the TT and 30′ tempo. monday was 2 rides, mostly endurance pace outdoors. 3000kj total. legs = burnt toast. Tuesday: recovery commute and 30′ of soid core work.
