BASE1 began saturday the 19th with a great 4:10′ ride.
sunday was off the bike, more core work and upper body explosive weight lifting: clap pull ups, push ups and lots of planks/sidebends and rows.
monday was a pretty epic 200 TSS ride outdoors. tempo.
tuesday was recovery
today was a humbling trainer session. 1×8′, 1×6′ @ 97% (felt like 100+%!!) and some high cadence and ILP work. Recovery commute, too.
I’d like to hammer out a solid 2 hour tempo block tomorrow morning, too.
Maybe some LSD on friday.
one or 2 off days over the weekend.
