Training Status: Building again!

So, I’m back!! After some fun racing after a dissapointing peak for BKR, I took a week or two pretty easy and unstructured, lots of just riding around. 2 weeks agao I started to reestablish my BASE by sticking in as many hours in that nice TEMPO zone as posible.  I also wanted to/felt the [...]
