My favorite rest-day workout

We all know the importance of rest. This is my favorite workout for rest days. It is best performed at Penguin Pizza in Mission Hill, but you can adapt it to your favorite location (i.e. FOUR BURGERS).

Warm-up:
Half a plate of your friend’s hot wings (waiting for some service at this point)

Interval 1: Gulden Draak @ 10.5% ABV
Recovery: 1 slice of Agean Pizza

Interval 2: Duvel Blonde @ 8.5% ABV
Recovery: 1 slice of Bolognese pizza

Interval 3: Chimay Grand Reserve (Blue) @ 9.0% ABV
Recovery: 1 slice of the crazy Penguin Pizza with hot peppers and pork and yum.

Cool down: Stumble back to the car and hand your wife the car keys.

    Finding parking in Mission Hill sounds like a BT Workout on its own!

    My fav involves frites and a Triple Karmeliet at the Publick House.
