Home Stretch… training updates

This is the home stretch, last 10 days before Mexico, gotta kill it.. but with a plan.

Sunday was the TT and 30′ tempo.
monday was 2 rides, mostly endurance pace outdoors. 3000kj total. legs = burnt toast.
Tuesday: recovery commute and 30′ of soid core work.
Today was 2×15′ with 90″ RI… more like a 1×30′
15′- 95%
15′- 98%

hurt so good.

tomorrow will be 2×30′ moving around that high tempo/SST power zone. 86-93%… 305-330watties. 2 solid 600kj efforts.
Friday is off/recovery.
Saturday I’d love to get out to Dover and do 5×4′ on the dover golfcourse climb (who’s in??)– plus some epic tempo work in the threshold paceline.
Sunday I hope to put in an epic ride. 4 hours, dover 62 miler anyone??

monday = death/recovery.
tuesday= speedskills
wed= death (LT work…hard!)
thusday should be Hills.
friday is sun, beach and well earned R+R.

I think I’ll just make it.
