Training Log

eLTrain did:

30′ core work in the wieght room including explosive 1 arm rows and 50 rep triceps extensions (rows for sprinting power and triceps work for those long standing climbs and hour long pulls deep in the drops… sport specific time you know?  :)  ).  Also 10 minutes on the foam roller to keep the hips opened up…

25′ super slow recovery commute in the drizzle to get home tonight.

 

AM SST tomorrow and some Squats in the PM before meeting Randall at 4:30 to get the KITS going.

How the weather treating everyone?

 

I’ll be going to RI for the holiday weekend, so I’ll be riding and posting from RI… good time to pack in some big saddle time and burn off all that good grub.
