Training Log 11/18/08

From 8:30-9:35am Leo did:

SweetSpot… again!  this time on the rollers in the basement.  gettin dirty with it in the dungeon of doom.

I was just below SweetSpot wattage, actually for 48′ or so.

Feeling a lack of food and a bit of fatigue from yesterday and it was fucking early, I did my work out like this:

10′:  250W with high cadence intervals of 30″

10′:  265W with high cadence intervals of 20″

10′:  286W with a bigger gear intervals of 20″ (pushing 320W for 20 seconds at a time makes me feel like a big Jens!)

16′: 255W with reaction time intervals/spin-ups

5′: cooldown

8′: eat! … recovery shake and a potato   :)

about 30′ into this workout I was ready for more and was actually dissapointed to stop… a great feeling as I wasn’t particularly motivated for this WO when I started it.  That lack of motivation led me to do this work out in more palatable 10′ intervals with the HighCadence and big gear shit thrown in.  It kept my mind active, let my legs open up slowly and distracted me from the dull pain that SST puts into my leggies.

HR was in the 120-130 range.

an “A” workout, for sure.
